Rising

Getting up creates pain.  The joint must stick together.  There must be a better way of doing it.  

How to blog? I forget myself.

This is a test of,course.  I don't know where blogspot found this animated photo of the blind school taken from my bedroom.  I'm starting this blog because of the total lack of information about degenerate hips.  Nothing from doctors either.  So we suffer in ignorance and silence.

My first attempt will be to create this blog as a repository of information I find.  The first damn issue is all the blabber mouths of the world heralding exercise as cure for everything that ails you. First question:  will exercise damage the already damaged hip?  No answer anywhere to that question.  2nd question: Are there yoga moves that don't require stressing the right hip or the right knee to a lesser degree?  That's it for now while I try to make this blog look more suitable.
